Employee Disclosure Hotline
This website is part of the service provided by Stopline Pty Ltd to Queensland Parliamentary Service employees to enable the reporting of any issues, concerns or complaints that may adversely affect the Parliamentary Service as an organisation, or the safety, rights and wellbeing of its individual employees. Further information on the various matters that should be reported and the way that they can be reported are found throughout this site. We encourage you to explore this site, where you will also find links to other useful Parliamentary Service policies, guides and information.
To all Parliamentary Service employees
There are five key values that underpin all that we do in working towards the vision and objectives of the Parliamentary Service; Integrity, Leaning, Innovation, Clients and People. The Code of Conduct aligns to these values and helps guide how we should exhibit them in our day to day working lives. The Workforce Strategy also establishes three key areas of action to support our objective, including creating a positive, productive and safe work environment.
The Parliamentary Service Employee Support Program establishes a range of ways that staff can access support and advice. This Employee Disclosure Hotline is part of the broader program and empowers you to play an active role in reporting and eliminating improper or concerning conduct in the workplace, or work practices that do not align to Parliamentary Service values. The Hotline provides access to Stopline, a confidential, independent provider of employee disclosure services who will take full details of your concerns via telephone, mail, email or this website. It is also important to remember our program enables individuals to maintain anonymity should they so desire. Stopline is available to all Parliamentary Service employees, and translation services can be provided if requested.
As well as the disclosure process, the website provides access to our Code of Conduct, Complaints Framework, and the Public Interest Disclosure Policy and Procedures. There are also answers to some of the most frequently asked questions for your reference.
I encourage you to use the Employee Disclosure Hotline as part of a broader suite of tools available to support the wellbeing of all staff and build a Parliamentary Service that we can all be proud to say we belong to.
